Birthday Boy
I've mentioned it time and time again, but Tate's birthday is right around the corner! I've been working (and pinning} hard trying to hash out the details. Here is a sneak peek at what I have going on in our dining room:
{TWO}
Balloons
Speaking of birthday parties, I bought two princess balloons from the Dollar Tree for Addison's birthday on December 3. She accidently let them go in our living room, and we have high ceilings; therefore, we weren't able to get them down. The crazy thing is - these things won't deflate! For a mere $2 I have the best balloons ever. Saturday marks two months since they've been up there. I hope they drop when we are home too; otherwise, they will set off the alarm!
{THREE}
Weekend in TennesseeThis weekend I packed the kids up and headed to visit my mom. Jonathan was taking advantage of the last weekend of deer season, so I took advantage of the free weekend. Addison cried when we left - as she always does - but this time she whined about it for a good hour. I hate that we live so far away that she can visit frequently. We visited PaDeck and Granny Eunnie who have recently gotten a new chihuahua puppy. I was so close to stealing Molly B and bringing her home! The kids just loved her!
I was fortunate enough to have both kids fall asleep on the way home too - so sweet!
{FOUR}
Hair Appointment
I have a cousin who is a cosmetologist, so now, instead of spending a fortune at a salon in Birmingham, I call her when I am planning a visit, and she makes a house call for us! I got my hair colored, a Keratin treatment, and a trim. I also got her to trim Addison's hair - we both want it long, so a trim is just what she needed.
